What we collect

When you book a free trial or make a membership enquiry through this website, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, the class you're interested in, and anything you write in the message field.

We don't collect anything you don't type in yourself, and the site doesn't use advertising trackers.

How we use it

Your details are used for one thing: getting back to you about training at Methodical Muay Thai. That means confirming your trial class, answering your enquiry, and following up about membership if you've asked about it.

We never sell your information or share it with anyone unrelated to running the gym.

Where it goes

When you submit the form, your enquiry is emailed to us and a confirmation is emailed to you. Your details are also added to the customer system we use to manage enquiries and follow-ups. These services store your information securely on our behalf and can't use it for their own purposes.

Videos on this site are hosted on YouTube and the map on our contact page is provided by Google. These only load content from those services when you interact with them, and their own privacy policies apply from that point.

Keeping and removing your details

We keep enquiry details for as long as they're useful for managing your training with us. If you'd like to know what we hold about you, want it corrected, or want it deleted, contact us and we'll sort it out.
